Refund Policy
1. Full Refunds:

If your monitor has not been processed yet (i.e., payment has not been released), you may request a full refund for your purchase.
2. Partial Refunds:

Once the monitor setup has begun, the initial 31-day fee is non-refundable as it covers the cost of setting the monitor up on the server. If the product URL stops working during the 31-day period and we cannot recontinue running it, you will receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining days of the 31-day period.

If you purchase a 93-day monitor, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund for the remaining time left on the monitor after the initial 31 days, should you require one. The first 31 days remain non-refundable.

4. Exceptions:

Any requests for refunds after the monitor has been set up and is operational for the purchased days will not be considered.
